We send your creations within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Our postage method is Colissimo signed, tracked delivery, which is offered for France and Europe. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing your Colissimo number allowing you to track your package.  

We take great care over all of our shipments, for all of your orders, and we perform rigorous checks. Each item is packed in a midnight blue Baranil leather pouch then placed in a Le Gramme box with its certificate, before being placed in its package. 

The delivery time is 2 working days after dispatch for France and between 2 and 5 working days after dispatch for Europe. We would like to remind you that for creations with laser engraving or calligraphy, delivery will be made within 17 to 20 working days after receipt of payment.





You ordered a Le Gramme creation and have ultimately decided that you wish to return it.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days following receipt of your package in which to return it.

Your creation must not have been worn, suffered any wear and tear, been modified or have deteriorated, and must be returned in its original packaging.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, products for special orders (custom-made) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the refund shall be made as requested by you, in the form of:

- a credit note valid for 6 months on the www.legramme.com website
- a refund credited directly to your bank account or your PayPal account. The refund amount shall be equal to the price of the returned product with no penalties or return postage costs.

You will be sent an e-mail by our team in order to confirm the refund of your order.
