In 2021, BMX freestyle and skateboarding were officially added to the list of sports represented at the Olympic Games. This year, at the Paris Games, Matthias Dandois, BMX champion, and Édouard Damestoy, skateboarding medalist, delivered a spectacular performance captured by Greg Kadel's camera.

Nine-time world champion in BMX flatland, Matthias Dandois is renowned for his spectacular performances and influence in the world of extreme sports.

Édouard Damestoy is a two-time world skateboarding champion and four-time X Games medalist; he is also the most decorated French skateboarder.

Between Los Angeles, New York and Paris, Greg Kadel is a photographer and director. He regularly works for magazines such as Vogue, i-D and Harper's Bazaar and has directed numerous campaigns for brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton and Valentino.
