LE GRAMME collects and uses Personal details that Customers have spontaneously transmitted to it, which is necessary to place an order, or to receive emails containing information from LE GRAMME and those of the Consumers.
Users who simply consult the Site are not required to transmit Personal details.
Customers are required to provide accurate, true and correct personal details and information and should update this data and information as soon as this is necessary, so as to keep it exact and complete.
LE GRAMME complies with the provisions of the Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on "Data Protection" and collects and processes Personal Details in a fair and lawful manner Customers, while respecting their rights.
LE GRAMME is responsible for the processing of Personal Details which have been declared to the National Data Protection Commission ("CNIL").
The purpose of the processing is the commercial management of LE GRAMME product orders made through the site www.legramme.com, the sending of emails containing information on news regarding LE GRAMME, business development and analysis of viewers of the Site www.legramme.com.
In no event does LE GRAMME transfer or sell Clients' Personal Details to third parties, except in the cases specified below.
Personal Details that may be treated are the followings : Customers' full names, mailing address, email address, phone number (optional) and the IP address of the Users for geolocalisation purposes for the commercial prospection.

a) Traffic data collected from Users
Traffic data is generated when User terminals are connected to the Internet and the Site.
Such data may be used for statistical purposes in order to conduct traffic analyses of the Site's frequentation and to improve and adapt it to Users needs. Traffic data is always processed anonymously by LE GRAMME.
b) Cookies deposited on User Terminals
LE GRAMME can file cookies files which is stored on Users terminals in order to allow the Site navigation, to geolocalise the Users, to register the Customers’ profiles and to restore the preferences when they are connected through their usual terminal. These small files can contain, for example, the cart and the Customers’ preferences.

Users continued consultation of the Site implies their acceptance of the deposit of cookies on their terminals.
LE GRAMME does not keep cookies to track a User or obtain IP addresses for more than thirteen (13) months after the initial deposit (of cookies) on a User's terminal.

Personal details provided by Customers is hosted by LE GRAMME.
b) Account Closure and deleting Personal Details
At any time, Customers may request that their Account be closed, which will lead to the removal of associated Personal Details.
Deleting the Account will be effective within two (2) months from the removal request and in any event, will be after any ongoing Order.
c) How long Personal data will be kept
LE GRAMME may send to Customers, who have agreed to this, emails to the address associated with their Account to inform them about changes in the website or its activities, or to inform them about technical or administrative information.
In no event will Customers receive emails from third parties or LE GRAMME's partners without their prior permission.
LE GRAMME is committed not to communicate, assign or transfer to third parties any Personal Details (except for its use by Google Analytics) without the express consent from Customers, although it may disclose such information if it were to be required by law, or in response to a legal or administrative request.
According to the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 "Data protection and freedom of information," LE GRAMME informs Users of their right to access, modify and oppose data processing, and request the removal of their Personal Data collected and processed, it being stipulated that the deletion of their data will also mean the closure of their Account.
